Chiara Francesca Poletto
Chiara has a Master’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science and she is the owner of Aries Ballet and Dhea Centro Posturale in Verona. Chiara has been teaching Pilates since 2006.
She is Balanced Body University and Fisicamente Formazione Certified Comprehensive Instructor.
She achieved the qualification of advanced postural technician according to Raggi’s Method with Pancafit and she is certified in Fascial Fitness and Fascial Training.
Every year she participates in the Summer Fascia Retreat, which is attended by the greatest fascia researchers.
Her lessons exploit various imaginative cues to increase body awareness, through the analysis of the detail.
Her teaching method derives from the fusion of the Pilates method, fascial training and postural gymnastics.
